  • What geographic area do you cover?

    We are based centrally on the Sunshine Coast and cover a wide range of locations from the sea to the hinterland, and from North Brisbane to Gympie.

  • How much will it cost and how long will it take?

    Make sure you know from the start a timeframe and a cost for your home improvement. we like all reputable builders, offer a fixed price contract with a guaranteed completion date.

  • Is there a discount for cash?

    No we do not reduce the price for cash payments. Our accounts system automatically generates a tax invoice and all of our payments are made accountable by the system.

  • Can internal walls be removed?

    Yes, and some walls are easier than others. Non-load bearing and non-bracing partition walls can be removed quite easily. In the case of a load bearing or bracing walls, a qualified Engineer may have to be incorporated to calculate the loads and provide the correct solution.

  • Can we live in the home during the renovation?

    This depends on the scale of works to be done on the home. For most smaller renovations the answer is yes but for example, if it's a lift-and-build-under, the answer would most likely be no. If yes however, there might be some disturbances along the way. At Intouch Building Services we do have disturbance measures which mean you can live in your home while we work around you i.e. we can provide temporary kitchens, bathrooms and fences, etc.

  • Do I need to arrange council approvals?

    No, at Intouch Building Services we can take care of all approvals on your behalf.

  • Will we be dealing with the same person from start to finish?

    Yes, you’ll be dealing from start to finish with Steve Morrison - Qualified Carpenter, Builder and Director of Intouch Building Services.
